Your quiz progress, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not store personal data on external servers.

Our apps may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not serve advertisements in our apps.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable EU data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we store data locally on your device, you can delete all app data by uninstalling the application.

Disclaimer

The app "DronePilot" is developed as a supplementary study tool to prepare for the official theoretical exam for the A1/A3 and A2 Drone Certificate (EASA/CAA).

• No Guarantee: While we strive to ensure that the content is accurate and up-to-date according to current EASA regulations and National Aviation Authority guidelines, we cannot guarantee that you will pass the official exam by using this app.
• Limitation of Liability: The developer of this app cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to failed exams, costs for re-taking exams, or errors in the app's questions and answers.
• Not an Official Product: This app is a privately developed educational tool and is not officially affiliated with EASA, the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), or any other national aviation authority. All content is based on publicly available EASA regulations (EU 2019/947 & 2019/945).
